Job summary

Proman Sr. Skilled Trades (PST) is seeking a Senior Recruiter to set an example of excellence, direct recruiters daily, counsel and manage performance, and back up recruiter duties as needed.

The role focuses on timely placement of qualified temporary staff at client sites and supporting Operations to run efficiently and compliantly. The position emphasizes ongoing coordination with management, adherence to unemployment and workers’ compensation rules, and delivering superior service to clients

Qualifications

• Must have 7 years of experience working within a skilled trades environment.
• Familiarity with construction safety requirements and field operations.
• Experience using Avionte ATS for staffing processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to multitask.
• Willingness to travel to other branch offices or client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service and support to applicants.
• Source and recruit qualified candidates for job openings in trades.
• Develop recruiting strategies and leverage various media/associations.
• Counsels, coaches, and takes disciplinary action as needed.
• Ensures accurate assignment information in Avionte and keeps data current.
• Promotes teamwork and staffing coverage across branches.
