National General, a member of The Allstate Corporation family, seeks an experienced SIU Investigator to conduct highly complex fraud investigations across Auto, Homeowners, and Specialty Lines in Arkansas. This field-based role requires prior SIU experience and a track record of identifying, investigating, and resolving suspicious claims.

The position emphasizes scene visits, witness interviews, data analysis, and collaboration with vendors to ensure thorough case development.

Qualifications

• Analytical and investigative thinking to assess complex fraud signals.
• Experience with multi-line insurance investigations (Auto, Homeowners, Specialty Lines).
• Ability to conduct interviews, scene visits, and data analysis to build cases.

Responsibilities

• Oversees file quality for complex investigations and pursues restitution.
• Makes claim decisions on highly complex investigations and communicates findings.
• Manages vendor relationships and oversees vendor performance.
• Conducts online data searches, research, and evaluation for fraud indicators.
• Investigates highly complex claims across lines to determine if payment is warranted.
• Reviews fraud outcomes to validate denial decisions.
• Conducts site inspections including body shops, clinics, and loss locations.
• Manages communications with customers and resolves conflicts related to cases.
• Uses SIU tools to identify claims requiring deeper investigation.
• Summarizes documents and records notes in the claim system with evaluations.
