Job summary

Jacobs seeks a Siting, Outreach, Right-of-Way, and Environmental Lead to provide strategic leadership and technical oversight for a large-scale electrical transmission program in the eastern United States. The role integrates siting, stakeholder outreach, land acquisition, and environmental permitting from development through construction and closeout.

You will lead cross-functional teams, build trusted client relationships, ensure schedules and budgets, and identify opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 15+ years of experience on major infrastructure programs.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex portfolios.
• Experience overseeing siting, outreach, ROW acquisition, and environmental permitting/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership for siting, outreach, ROW, and environmental functions.
• Lead cross-discipline integration to deliver end-to-end transmission projects.
• Manage client relationships and ensure schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Mentor staff and oversee staffing, resource planning, and performance.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and ensure compliance across lifecycle.
