Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Siting, Outreach, Right-of-Way, and Environmental Lead to provide strategic leadership for a large-scale electrical transmission program in the eastern United States.

This client-facing role integrates siting, stakeholder outreach, ROW acquisition, and environmental permitting through development, construction, and closeout.The preferred locations include Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, West Virginia, or Virginia, with flexibility for other locations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of infrastructure program experience, preferably electrical transmission.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and complex portfolios.
• Experience with siting, ROW, environmental permitting and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership for siting, outreach, ROW, and environmental functions.
• Oversee cross-discipline integration for end-to-end transmission projects.
• Manage client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Mentor project managers and staff to develop capabilities.
• Coordinate with regulators and agencies for approvals and compliance.
