Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Siting, Outreach, Right-of-Way, and Environmental Lead to guide a major electrical transmission program in the eastern U.S. The role combines program leadership, client partnership, and business growth across siting, ROW, and environmental approval processes.

The position requires a deep lifecycle understanding, strong leadership, and the ability to build trusted client relationships while expanding service scope with a national utility client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 15+ years leading large infrastructure programs.
• Proven multidisciplinary leadership and client-facing experience.
• Strong knowledge of permitting, siting, ROW, and environmental compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel regularly to client offices, sites, and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership for siting, outreach, ROW, and environmental functions.
• Lead integration across disciplines to deliver end-to-end transmission projects.
• Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for service expansion.
• Oversee quality and regulatory compliance for reports and permitting packages.
• Mentor and develop project managers and technical staff.
