Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Siting, Outreach, Right-of-Way, and Environmental Lead to provide strategic leadership for a large-scale electrical transmission program in the eastern United States. This client-facing role oversees siting, ROW, environmental permitting, and stakeholder outreach from development through construction.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience supporting major infrastructure programs, preferably electrical transmission or similar.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and complex portfolios.
• Experience overseeing transmission siting, ROW, and environmental permitting/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership for siting, outreach, ROW, and environmental functions.
• Lead integration across disciplines to deliver end-to-end transmission projects.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Mentor staff and manage staffing, resources, and performance.
