Job summary

DePaul University in Chicago, IL seeks a Sr. CMS Operations Specialist to lead enterprise Sitecore CMS operations, manage workflows, and drive digital production across the public web ecosystem.

You will collaborate with IS project managers, developers, UX designers and content creators to ensure Sitecore best practices, governance, and continuous improvement of content operations, information architecture, and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, comms, journalism, information systems or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience administering and managing websites within a native Sitecore CMS environment.
• Experience managing enterprise CMS operations and large-scale website initiatives.
• Experience with workflows through JIRA or similar ticketing systems.
• Experience collaborating with developers, UX designers and cross-functional digital teams.
• Knowledge of information architecture, SEO, accessibility and web governance.
• Strong analytics using Google Analytics or similar tools.
• Experience creating CMS documentation and training materials for distributed teams.
• Excellent project management, organizational and customer relationship skills.
• Advanced expertise administering enterprise Sitecore CMS and web platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead CMS Operations & Workflow Management for Sitecore, prioritizing requests and ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide advanced Sitecore administration for enterprise websites and migrations.
• Advise on content strategy, information architecture and UX best practices.
• Deliver training, governance guidance and continuous improvement for CMS users.
