Qualifications

• 4+ years in project life cycle activities on development/maintenance.
• 4+ years in design/architecture reviews.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: Technology Lead – Sitecore

Work Location: Northfield, IL / Springfield, MA

Duration: Full Time (Permanent)

Qualifications

Basic:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Sitecore CMS.

Preferred

• At least 4 years of experience in Content Management, with strong technical hands‑on knowledge of CMS systems including best practices and features.
• Understanding of the CMS (IT) industry and web development, information architecture, CMS and integrated technologies.
• Experience / Knowledge in design and development of multilingual / multi‑country websites.
• Experience in content migration projects.
• Solid programming knowledge of MS SQL Server and Oracle, knowledge of IIS, Team Foundation Server.
• At least 4 years’ hands‑on project experience in Sitecore CMS development projects.
• Data infrastructure, content items, presentation – specifically web controls, placeholder framework, rules framework, binding content and presentation, workflow engine, platform administration and tuning.
• At least 4 years of experience in project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• At least 4 years of experience in design and architecture review.
• At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
• Ability to work in team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
• Analytical skills.
