G&M Works LLC is seeking a seasoned Construction Estimator to join our site development team in the New Jersey area, focusing on earthwork, drainage, landscaping, and rooftop amenities. You will develop detailed, competitive cost estimates and coordinate with subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 3–7+ years in site work and civil construction estimating, proficiency with Bluebeam and AutoCAD, and strong communication to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of estimating experience focused on site work, civil construction, and landscape.
• Proficiency in estimating software (Bluebeam, AutoCAD).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze plans and specs to prepare complete estimates.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for site drainage, earthwork, landscaping, and rooftop spaces.
• Review drawings for scope coordination and constructability.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
• Develop cost breakdowns and bid proposals.
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers, and architects.
