• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to grow in a professional estimating environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing project plans, specifications, and documents to develop detailed cost estimates.
• Collaborate with senior estimators to identify potential risks, scope gaps, or inconsistencies.
• Perform quantity take-offs and help prepare bid proposals.
• Support in developing cost breakdowns for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Help prepare RFIs, bid packages, and vendor solicitations.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and occasional site visits to understand field conditions.
• Research and update cost data, productivity rates, and construction trends.
• Work with project managers and engineers to ensure estimate accuracy and project alignment.
