Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, or related field.
• 6+ years in site planning, production scheduling, or supply chain in cGMP biotech/pharma.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional planning, manufacturing execution, ERP systems, and master data management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across schedulers and stakeholders to ensure a single, accurate plan.
• Identify and resolve schedule conflicts and dependencies.
• Provide visibility into key milestones, assumptions, and changes.
• Oversee RTMS support, system updates, data quality, and issue escalation.
• Manage scheduling communications and daily operations.
