Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience working and supervising work on construction sites.
• Specific knowledge of HVAC systems is required.
• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
• Knowledgeable about OHS standards and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Establish a culture of excellence in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Ensure the work proceeds smoothly and efficiently from day to day.
• Check quality of work and ensure conformity with plans and specifications.
• Represent the project engineers when they are not able to be on site.
