Qualifications

• Commercial construction experience required.
• Previous Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer, Project Engineer, or similar experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced jobsite environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily construction activities and site operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Assist in scheduling subcontractors and managing project timelines.
• Monitor quality control to meet project specifications.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate site documentation and reports.
