Job summary

Consigli Construction is seeking a skilled Superintendent to oversee on-site construction activities at Rhode Island projects. You will manage self-perform work, subcontractors, consultants, safety programs, quality, and scheduling to ensure the project runs efficiently.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management and at least five years of field experience, OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 preferred), and a strong track record in CPM scheduling and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management and 5+ years field experience.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• CSL preferred.
• Good understanding of CPM scheduling and cost reporting.
• Knowledge of corporate quality program and subcontract language.

Responsibilities

• Administer project safety program to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Supervise on-site construction activities and manage self-perform, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and ensure insurance/ subcontract validity.
• Coordinate schedule milestones, track progress, and communicate with clients and officials.
• Manage project budget, cost reports, and change documentation.
• Interface with client reps, A-E representatives, and other contractors.
