Job summary

Banda Group International Llc in Augusta, GA is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead day-to-day construction activities at the Savannah River Site under the Project Manager. You will coordinate subcontractors, craft personnel, equipment, and site logistics to keep work safe and on schedule.

You will review drawings and specs, monitor progress and quality, conduct field walkdowns and pre-task planning, and report issues promptly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant construction experience with field supervision or site leadership
• Experience directing subcontractors and day-to-day field activities
• Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, work packages, sequencing
• Strong safety practices and ability to identify and resolve field issues

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily field construction activities and subcontractors
• Coordinate work sequencing, workforce, equipment, and site logistics per schedule
• Review drawings, specs, and work packages to communicate field requirements
• Monitor workmanship, productivity, field conditions, and subcontractor performance
• Conduct field walkdowns, daily meetings, and pre-task planning
• Identify field issues and safety concerns and communicate with Project Manager
• Maintain documentation and records related to job functions
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
