Job summary

Edgewater Technical Associates seeks a Construction Superintendent-Civil & Site Infrastructure to support the Savannah River Site project. The role involves supervising civil, mechanical, and site infrastructure work, coordinating trades, equipment, and materials on a multi-year construction effort.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in industrial or infrastructure construction, strong ability to read drawings, and coordination across disciplines. DOE site experience and OSHA 30 are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive construction experience including field supervision on industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Experience supervising earthwork, demolition, piping, storm drainage, or site infrastructure.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and work packages.
• Experience coordinating with Quality, Safety, Engineering, Planning, and other disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide field supervision and coordination of civil, mechanical, and site infrastructure activities.
• Plan and oversee daily field activities to meet drawings, specs, schedules, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate labor, subcontractors, equipment, and materials to support schedules.
• Review drawings, work packages, and installation requirements before work execution.
• Coordinate excavation, trenching, backfill, grading, and restoration activities.
• Ensure safety and compliance with project procedures and site rules.
