Job summary

Edgewater Technical Associates, LLC is seeking a Construction Superintendent-Civil & Site Infrastructure to support the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC. The role focuses on field supervision of civil, mechanical, and site infrastructure activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive construction experience, including field supervision or superintendent experience on industrial, infrastructure, utility, or large-scale projects.
• Experience supervising earthwork, storm drainage, piping, firewater, and site infrastructure.
• Must read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and work packages.

Responsibilities

• Provide field supervision and coordination of construction activities within civil, mechanical, and site infrastructure disciplines.
• Oversee daily field activities ensuring safety, efficiency, and conformance with drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Coordinate craft labor, subcontractors, equipment, and materials to support construction schedules and priorities.
• Review drawings, work packages, and installation requirements prior to execution of work.
• Coordinate interfaces between civil, mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines.
• Support system walkdowns, punch-list completion, testing, turnover, and project closeout.
