• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline with 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and drawings accuracy.
• Maintain project schedule and escalate delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Write Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for record.
• Take progress photographs and label them for records.
• Prepare Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensure contractors use latest design drawings.
• Provide assistance to Project Construction Manager.
• Support key trades or subcontractors as needed.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with Project Manager.
• Correspond with management and clients to resolve issues clearly.
• Maintain on-site records per document control requirements.
• Follow The Perry Group Quality Policy and procedures.
