Job summary

MAC Construction, a multi-generational family business in Ohio, seeks a seasoned project leader to manage projects from pre-construction to closeout, coordinating field teams and subcontractors, and ensuring schedules stay on track. You will establish and maintain positive client relationships, review shop drawings, manage RFI/ASIs, and lead safety and quality assurance efforts across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• At least five years of experience as Foreman, Assistant Superintendent, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of construction industry, safety requirements, planning and scheduling, trades, and relevant technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop field team members.
• Oversee project setup, coordination, and scheduling using Procore and related tools.
• Coordinate inspections, manage safety and quality on site.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and maintain clear communication.
