Job summary

Marous Brothers Construction, Inc. in Willoughby, Ohio, seeks experienced Superintendents to lead field operations within our Building Groups.

You’ll manage daily site activities, coordinate subcontractors and deliveries, maintain schedules and documentation, and ensure safety and quality from start to close. The role requires a minimum of 10 years in construction with 5 years as a Superintendent, strong leadership and communication, and willingness to travel to jobsites or relocate.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in construction, with 5 years as a Superintendent.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Deep understanding of contracts, scopes, and construction processes.
• OSHA 30 certification and knowledge of safety regulations.
• Willing to travel to jobsites or relocate.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities and lead field teams.
• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and logistics.
• Maintain project schedules, drawings, and documentation.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance.
