Job summary

Cape Fox Facilities Services (CFFS) seeks a Site Security Manager to oversee security for multiple sites, draft and implement the Construction Security Plan (CSP), and ensure DoDM 5105.21 v3 and ICD/ICS-705 compliance for accreditation across the program.

Requirements include TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years in SCIF/SAPF construction or related security work, and experience leading risk assessments, inspections, access control, and incident reporting.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• 10+ years in security related to SCIF/SAPF construction or equivalent
• 5+ years on ICD-705 projects or as Physical Security SSO
• Familiar with construction security and accreditation processes
• Bachelor’s degree in security or intelligence field preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop CSP and coordinate for approvals with AO/SSO
• Coordinate CSP implementation and compliance across sites
• Maintain access control logs and accreditation documentation
• Perform inspections and risk assessments to ensure security standards
