Job summary

Cape Fox Corporation, Saxman One, LLC, seeks a Site Security Manager to oversee security programs for a federal government project. Responsibilities include SCIF/SAPF accreditation, TEMPEST, and DoD/IC compliance, with a TS/SCI clearance required and U.S.

work authorization. This exempt role is contingent on award and involves coordination with AO/SSO and CGSSO to ensure full-spectrum security for the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university, preferably in security/intelligence
• Minimum ten years of security experience related to SCIF/SAPF construction and IC operations
• Minimum five years on ICD-705 construction projects or as Physical Security SSO
• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Develop AO/SSO approval documents for SCIF/SAPF facilities
• Complete ICD/ICS 705 SCIF/SAPF pre-construction checklists
• Develop CSP and update it through contract duration
• Perform security design reviews ensuring SCIF/SAPF accreditation requirements
• Conduct risk assessments and publish SOPs/ Emergency Action Plans
• Maintain site access controls and track workers for accreditation packages
