Job summary
Ally Financial | Charlotte, NC seeks a Business Intelligence & Reporting Lead to transform raw data into actionable insights for Generative AI and ML reporting. Lead the design of scalable infrastructure and observability to support critical production services, while aligning with product and PMO needs.
You will drive incident response, define SLOs, and build automation, partnering across engineering teams to deliver reliable, data-driven outcomes.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in site reliability engineering, systems engineering, or DevOps.
- Experience in cloud AWS including infrastructure as code tools.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement highly available, scalable infrastructure systems supporting production services.
- Lead incident response and postmortem processes to drive reliability improvements across teams.
- Develop and maintain SLOs and error budgets to balance velocity and reliability.
- Build tooling and automation to reduce toil and enable safe deployment and operation of services.
