This senior role focuses on reliability, keeping the SaaS platform available, secure, and maintainable; you’ll own production infra, automate, and mentor the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running production infra on AWS and Azure at scale.
• Kubernetes and Terraform in production; incident experience.
• Hands-on ownership of incidents from detection to postmortem.
• Strong automation (Python/Bash) and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
• Able to work without direct supervision and mentor others.
• Comfort with a mixed-language stack and AI tooling usage.

Responsibilities

• Owning reliability, availability and incident response for our SaaS platform, from detection through postmortem.
• Maintaining and extending our cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure, managed as code.
• Running and improving our Kubernetes-based production environment.
• Writing production automation. Scripting is a daily part of this job.
• Working closely with software engineering teams so deploying safely is the easy path, and mentoring teammates.
