Job summary

PENN Interactive is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to build and operate the infrastructure behind a large-scale sports betting and media platform. You will own critical infrastructure across compute, networking, storage, and cloud services (GCP/AWS), driving complex migrations and building tooling with ArgoCD, Helm, and GitHub Actions.

You will mentor teams and bring a production‑first mindset to architecture decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong Kubernetes operation skills in production Linux environments.
• Experience leading cross-team infrastructure projects with high autonomy.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or Bash for tooling and debugging production systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex infrastructure migrations across multiple environments and jurisdictions.
• Build and maintain platform tooling and automation (ArgoCD, Helm, GitHub Actions, pipelines).
• Support development teams by advising on infrastructure needs and on-call rotations.
• Design observability and alerting with Datadog dashboards and runbooks.
• Lead incident response and structured debugging to reduce toil.
