Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a hands-on Senior Site Reliability Engineer to build, operate, and optimize a multi-cloud production platform supporting GPO products. You’ll work across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, GitOps, reliability, and production improvement to design resilient, scalable platforms.

The role emphasizes strong engineering fundamentals, operational judgment, and collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Linux fundamentals and networking
• Hands-on with Azure, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes or GitOps
• Infrastructure automation with IaC tools
• Experience with Git-based workflows and CI validation
• Troubleshooting production incidents with a risk-aware approach
• Experience with AKS, GKE, or EKS and shared platform services
• Familiarity with MongoDB/PostgreSQL/MySQL preferred
• Excellent written and verbal English communication

Responsibilities

• Partner with architects to ensure deployable, secure and observable production designs.
• Document multi-cloud and Kubernetes estate including migrations and gaps.
• Build and enhance cloud infrastructure and services via IaC and safe change practices.
• Operate AKS, GKE, and EKS with focus on networking, identity, upgrades and recovery.
• Develop GitOps and CI/CD workflows for repeatable platform changes.
• Troubleshoot production issues across cloud, network, Kubernetes and databases.
• Reduce toil through automation and improve SLOs, alerts, dashboards and runbooks.
• Complete mandatory training on time and participate in regular 1:1 meetings
