Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Foundational Linux/Windows server knowledge and network basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Exposure to scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and cloud concepts (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good documentation/communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production systems and respond to incidents with observability tooling.
• Operate on-prem colocation and multi-cloud infra (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Contribute to automation and IaC initiatives; support CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
• Support cloud security posture management and on-call rotations.
