Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is hiring a hands-on Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to actively build, operate, and improve the reliability of our production systems. This role involves designing infrastructure, writing Terraform, improving observability, and responding to real production incidents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE/DevOps or Infra roles.
• Strong AWS production experience.
• Hands-on Terraform in real-world envs required.
• Experience with Grafana, Pingdom, Uptrends for monitoring.
• Proficient in Linux networking and troubleshooting.
• Incident response and on-call rotation experience.
• GitHub workflows and modern CI/CD with Azure DevOps.
• Familiar with ServiceNow ITSM and Confluence docs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and run highly available AWS systems.
• Develop and review Terraform to provision infra.
• Own monitoring, alerting, and observability stacks.
• Lead on-call responses and post-incident reviews.
• Define SLOs/SLIs and manage error budgets.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with application teams to boost reliability.
• Automate routine operational tasks and runbooks.
• Maintain documentation in Confluence and Jira.
• Mentor engineers and shape SRE standards.
