Job summary

showcase is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure 99.99% uptime through reliability engineering and automated incident response. This role requires strong expertise in Linux, networking, Kubernetes, and distributed systems, as well as solid coding skills in Go or Python.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SRE or infrastructure experience.
• Strong Linux, networking, Kubernetes, and distributed systems expertise.
• Proficient in Go or Python and on-call experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and track SLIs/SLOs across services to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Build automation to reduce toil and improve system resilience, minimizing downtime.
• Lead incident response efforts, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Conduct blameless post-mortems to analyze incident root causes and implement corrective actions.
