Black & Veatch QC seeks a Sr. Site Quality Control Manager in South Carolina to lead and evaluate QC policies across projects. You will manage site QC personnel and act as the quality interface with engineering, project management, offices and clients.

The role requires extensive on-site leadership, with a focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across power, water, grid, and industrial markets. ESOP ownership and comprehensive benefits support long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in site QC supervision with degree, or 10+ years without.
• Certification in discipline (AWS/CWI) or similar is preferred.
• Experience implementing site QC policies and quality programs.

Responsabilités

• Establishes, implements and maintains site quality programs.
• Coordinates with engineers, suppliers, subcontractors and field personnel to ensure correct work.
• Assures on-site work meets codes and specifications.
• Develops and administers site-specific quality programs.
• Oversees post weld heat treatment (PWHT) and NDE-related activities.
