Job summary

Entergy is seeking a Site Procurement Specialist at the Waterford 3 Nuclear Generation site in Killona, LA. This hybrid role requires in-office work a minimum of 3 days per week and offers coordination with central procurement, category management and engineering teams.

The successful candidate will handle simple to moderately complex sourcing, contracting, and supplier management, with safety and compliance as top priorities. Nuclear site experience is valued and relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline OR 4+ years of material purchasing experience.
• II level requires 2+ years with degree or 6+ years without.
• III level requires 5+ years with degree or 8+ years without.
• Sr. level requires 9+ years with degree or 13+ years without.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and ensure team follows safety first.
• Execute RFx bid processes and negotiate pricing.
• Create Purchase Orders and track status.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with Legal and Tax on contract deviations.
