Job summary

Technology Service Corporation (TSC) in Dahlgren, VA seeks an Engineer V to lead PMS339 Combat System site activations and coordinate with NSWCDD. The role requires guiding from concept through activation, with PE stamping and rigorous scheduling.

As the primary technical liaison, you will direct cross-functional teams, manage surveys, and review designs to ensure Navy facility standards are met. Travel up to 40% and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Extensive DoD/Navy installation experience as coordinator or lead.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance and US citizenship.
• PE license to stamp drawings and perform site surveys.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end site activation lifecycle from concept to activation.
• Coordinate across NAVFAC, PMS339, contractors and offices.
• Perform comprehensive site surveys of facilities, electrical, HVAC, and networks.
• Review facilities drawings and stamp with PE approval.
• Maintain master schedules and track milestones; drive actions.
• Communicate status and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
