Qualifications

• Extensive experience as engineering coordinator, general contractor, or lead site integrator for complex DoD/Navy installations.
• Ability to coordinate across multi-disciplinary, matrixed teams (NAVFAC, program offices, civilian contractors).
• Strong organizational skills with disciplined item tracking and milestone scheduling.
• Proficient with digital collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence) to support cross-functional communications and documentation.
• Excellent communications, capable of briefing leadership on technical matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end site activation lifecycle from concept to physical installation and activation.
• Serve as master liaison across NAVFAC, PMS339 Facilities, PMS339 Combat Systems, technical developers, and local commands.
• Conduct comprehensive physical site surveys to assess structure, electrical, HVAC, and network readiness.
• Review facilities engineering drawings and stamp with PE for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional communications to resolve facilities-to-system integration challenges.
• Track action items, schedules, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion of milestones.
• Manage high-level site planning master schedules and dependencies between builds and training deliveries.
• Provide status reporting and risk assessment to leadership for MWPTS SAWS and CIAT RCT5 projects.
• Travel up to 40% to support site surveys and coordination meetings at key installations.
