This lead position emphasizes PE-licensed oversight, compliance with Navy standards, and travel up to 40% to San Diego, Dahlgren, Norfolk, and international locations as needed. The successful candidate will manage schedules, reviews, and communications with NAVFAC,

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating DoD or Navy installations as a lead site integrator or general contractor.
• Ability to facilitate multi-disciplinary communications and schedule milestones.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end site activation lifecycle from concept to final activation.
• Coordinate across NAVFAC, PMS339, contractors, and technical teams.
• Conduct facility surveys, review designs, and stamp PE-approved drawings.
• Manage master schedules and cross-functional action items.
• Provide programmatic oversight of NAS and CTA projects and report status.
