Job summary

TSC is seeking an experienced Site Planning Lead in Dahlgren, VA to drive end-to-end activation of PMS339 Combat System sites. The role requires PE licensure and strong coordination across NAVFAC, PMS339 facilities, and contractors to meet Navy standards.

Travel up to 40% is expected to support surveys, coordination, and site activation milestones. U.S. citizenship and Secret clearance are required for this DoD position.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex DoD or Navy installations.
• Ability to lead end-to-end site activation lifecycle and act as a primary technical liaison.
• Must hold a Professional Engineer license and have DoD/ Navy collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end site activation lifecycle from concept to activation.
• Coordinate with NAVFAC, PMS339 Facilities, and program offices.
• Perform site surveys and review design drawings with PE approval stamp.
• Drive master schedules and cross‑functional action items for on‑time milestones.
• Provide programmatic and technical oversight of assigned projects.
