Job summary

The role interfaces with engineering, architecture, construction, and customer teams, ensuring designs meet system requirements, codes, and installation needs. Travel domestically and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of site planning, architectural/engineering coordination, or construction design experience.
• Experience coordinating high‑voltage electrical, HVAC, structural, and IT infrastructure within complex facilities.
• Experience in healthcare environments, radiation oncology or medical device installation preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead site planning activities for Mevion proton therapy system installations across current and future product platforms.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customer architects, engineers, and design teams from feasibility through final construction documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales during early opportunity development to evaluate site feasibility and infrastructure readiness.
• Develop and review site layouts, equipment plans, and technical drawing packages to ensure alignment with system requirements.
• Review architectural and engineering drawings at key milestones and resolve design conflicts early.
