Job summary

HITT Contracting is seeking a Site Operations Executive in Virginia to lead complex onsite operations, directing project engineers and subcontractors, maintaining safety and quality standards, and driving efficient site performance.

The role requires a four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business (or equivalent experience) and 15+ years in commercial construction, with project leadership experience and proficiency in ProCore, Adobe, and BlueBeam. OSHA 30 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business preferred.
• 15+ years’ experience in commercial construction.
• Project lead or superintendent experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site safety culture and enforce protocols.
• Maintain daily site log and punch list through closeout.
• Develop and follow project schedule with the PM, ensuring quality standards.
• Mentor Site Operations team and coordinate with subcontractors.
