Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Fresh Bakery manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience.
- Experience as Plant Manager or senior site leader.
- Significant people leadership across senior operational leaders.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the Fresh Bakery network manufacturing strategy.
- Set safety, quality, and regulatory governance across sites.
- Establish performance management for safety, quality, service, cost and productivity.
- Lead transformation and continuous improvement using Lean/TPM.
- Align capacity, capital priorities, and cross-site resources with business goals.
- Partner with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Finance and R&D to deliver enterprise outcomes.
