Job summary

Markent Personnel is seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple field teams on commercial construction projects across various locations. The role emphasizes people leadership, project execution, safety, quality, workforce planning, and customer communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Strong leadership experience in commercial construction, field operations, or related environments.
Experience overseeing multiple field teams, projects, or jobsites simultaneously.
Deep knowledge of construction field operations, safety, quality, scheduling, and workforce management.
Demonstrated ability to coach and develop field employees and frontline leaders.
Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership and operational support across multiple field teams and active projects.
Maintain regular communication with field leadership regarding project status, staffing, schedules, safety, quality, productivity, and needs.
Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor execution and support field teams.
Assist with workforce planning and allocation based on project schedules and skill requirements.
Identify and resolve field-related challenges involving scheduling, logistics, staffing, and customer expectations.
Promote accountability and teamwork across field operations.
