Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas is seeking a Site Manager to serve as the senior onsite representative for installation, commissioning, and turnover. You will lead safety, ensure contractual compliance, and provide technical advisory support while coordinating with EPCs, customers, vendors, and internal teams.

This role requires a strong engineering/Business background, 8+ years in construction/commissioning, OSHA 30, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in construction, commissioning, or power generation.
• OSHA 30-hour training or equivalent safety experience preferred.
• Fluent English communication; additional languages beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, contracts, and drawings.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and work in active construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, commissioning, and turnover on assigned projects.
• Lead safety compliance and incident reporting.
• Protect Mitsubishi Power equipment from damage.
• Coordinate with EPCs, customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor schedule and liquidated damages exposure, and support mitigation.
• Maintain detailed site logs, photographs, and reports.
• Travel extensively domestically and internationally (~70%).
