Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas is seeking a Project Manager – Construction to lead capital projects across the Americas. This role ensures safe execution, schedule adherence, cost control, and high-quality outcomes in collaboration with engineering, EHS, finance, sourcing, and the in-house GC/Owner’s Representative.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field and 7+ years of large project experience; PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Seven (7)+ years of experience managing large power generation or industrial projects.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, risk management, scheduling, and project controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and safety targets.
• Develop and monitor integrated project schedules and critical paths.
• Identify risks and implement mitigations with project leadership.
• Maintain stakeholder communications and document decisions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
