Job summary

CoVolt Power in the United States is seeking a Lead Site Construction professional to oversee multi-disciplined, fast-track projects on remote locations. You will coordinate subcontractors, schedules and safety while maintaining strict quality control and reporting to the Project Manager.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering with 10+ years in HV EPC work, and has strong communication, MS Project and Adobe skills.

Qualifications

• College degree required; bachelor’s preferred with relevant experience.
• Minimum 10 years in HV construction or related field.
• HV engineering, procurement and construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors day to day, contracts, schedules, safety, reporting
• Responsible for overall quality and conformance to specifications of the project
• Responsible for receipts of delivery and acceptance of all project HV Substation and Transmission Line Equipment
• Communicate progress and issues to Project Manager and others within the Company
• Manage receipt and inspection of materials
• Track and organize site project documentation
