CoVolt Power is seeking a Lead Site Construction professional to drive multi-disciplined, fast-track projects at remote locations. You will oversee on-site execution for HV substations and transmission components, coordinating subcontractors, schedules, safety, and reporting to ensure on-time delivery.

The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, bring at least 10 years of industry experience, and have high voltage EPC know-how.

Qualificações

• College degree in construction management or engineering with relevant experience.
• Minimum 10 years in the industry.
• HV engineering, procurement and construction experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site construction efforts on multi-disciplined, fast track projects.
• Manage subcontractors, contracts, schedules, safety, reporting.
• Ensure quality and conformance to specifications; manage receipts of equipment and materials.
• Communicate progress to Project Manager and others; track project documentation.
