Job summary

CoVolt Power in Texas is seeking a seasoned Site Construction Manager to lead multi-disciplined, fast-track projects on remote locations. You will oversee subcontractors, schedules, safety, and project reporting to ensure quality and conformance with specifications.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, at least 10 years of industry experience, and HV EPC experience.

Qualifications

• College degree required; construction management or engineering preferred with relevant experience.
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience or equivalent.
• Experience in High Voltage EPC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors day to day, contracts, schedules, safety, reporting.
• Ensure overall quality and conformance to specifications of the project.
• Receive and inspect all HV substation and transmission line equipment; organize documentation.
