Environmental Resources Management (ERM) in Nashville seeks a Managing Technical Consultant, Site Investigation and Remediation to lead complex projects across Tennessee, Kentucky, and beyond. You will unite technical leadership, client engagement, and mentorship to deliver cutting-edge remediation solutions.

This role requires a strong regulatory background, field experience, and a proven track record in delivering on time and within budget for the Power, Chemical, and Manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Progressive project management responsibility for complex site investigation and remediation projects under multiple regulatory frameworks (CERCLA, RCRA, voluntary action programs).
• In-depth knowledge of TN and KY environmental regulations and related regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex site investigation and remediation projects for industrial clients with challenging technical and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and oversee field activities including sampling, drilling, well installation, soil and groundwater assessments, and remedial pilot testing.
• Design and negotiate remedial solutions using innovative and traditional treatment technologies.
• Manage due diligence assessments and Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, and quality alignment with client expectations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development with client engagement.
