Job summary

Environmental Resources Management (ERM) seeks a Managing Technical Consultant, Remediation, Demolition and Construction Manager to lead on-site decommissioning, decontamination and demolition projects across the U.S. This is a field-focused leadership role blending construction management, environmental remediation, safety leadership and client delivery.

You will serve as ERM’s on-site leader for DDD projects at industrial facilities, manage field construction, plan scheduling, and ensure

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of remediation construction/site experience.
• BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (equiv experience).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent client service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively (80–90% in the field).
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
• Pref OSHA 40‑hour HAZWOPER certification.
• Asbestos certifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site leader for DDD projects across industrial facilities.
• Manage field construction involving demolition and remediation activities.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and oversight of projects.
• Review subcontractor submittals for compliance with specs/regulations.
• Provide construction management support and QA/QC.
• Support site investigations and hazardous materials handling.
• Act as Field Safety Officer and Demolition Manager when required.
• Plan on-site staff and evaluate subcontractor performance.
• Maintain clear communication with field teams and Project Manager.
• Track budgets, scopes of work, and new project definitions.
