Job summary

Andersen Corporation seeks a Safety & Environmental professional to align with Enterprise objectives and drive continual safety improvements at the site level. The role supports training, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance across manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include developing safety programs, coordinating with engineering, and conducting environmental inspections. The position relocations are possible, sponsorship not available, and a comprehensive benefits package is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering or related discipline required.
• 3–5 years of safety-related and/or environmental management experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of government health, safety & environmental regulations required.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and coordination of site safety/environmental programs to ensure compliance.
• Develop and deliver site safety/environmental training and testing (e.g., incident investigations, LOTO, ergonomics).
• Coordinate with site manufacturing engineering for safety assessments of new or modified equipment/processes.
• Conduct or oversee environmental inspections and maintain records for compliance.
• Lead annual safety and environmental strategy development and site-level tracking.
• Train auditors and support corrective actions following audits and inspections.
