Job summary

Henderson Products Inc. is seeking an EHS Leader to advance safety, health, and environmental programs across our U.S. manufacturing sites.

You will lead risk assessments, regulatory compliance, and incident investigations to protect employees and the facility. This role partners with HR and operations to build a proactive safety culture, develop training, and ensure accurate recordkeeping, audits, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, environmental laws and safety issues.
• Experience with manufacturing safety programs and training.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proven leadership and team coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety and health standards and guidelines.
• Lead safety incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate training programs and onboarding for safety.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and audits.
• Maintain EHS records and reports; partner with HR on training.
• Drive ergonomic and risk-reduction initiatives.
