Job summary

G&E Partners is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale site development projects in the Lehigh Valley. You will own budgets, schedules, and safety, coordinating with owners, contractors and engineers from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in site development or heavy civil construction, with a track record of delivering projects over $10M and familiarity with Procore or similar tools. Competitive comp and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in site development, excavation or heavy civil construction.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and change orders on large projects.
• Strong communication with clients, field teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex site work and heavy civil projects up to $55M.
• Own project budgets, schedules, forecasting, change orders and billing.
• Serve as main contact for owners, general contractors, engineers and municipalities.
• Coordinate field teams, equipment and subcontractors to stay on time and within budget.
• Review plans and specs, manage submittals and RFIs, assist with estimating and buyout.
• Drive safety, quality and regulatory compliance on site.
• Help build processes and team structure as the company scales into new markets.
