Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in construction or heavy civil PM.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering or related field.
• Experience with CPM scheduling and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact through the full project lifecycle.
• Lead project execution with field leadership, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and financial performance.
• Drive buyout, subcontractor selection, and procurement strategy.
• Facilitate preconstruction planning, design coordination, and value engineering.
• Represent the project team in owner, architect, and contractor meetings.
